As Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Houston office, Wade Bowlin is responsible for all aspects of the office’s operations, including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development.

Wade has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate with the last 25 years involved in the Houston market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiations of several large transactions over 100,000 square feet including Shell Oil Company, Jacobs Engineering, EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, Sasol, NRG, STM Mortgage and numerous others. Wade has personally averaged over 60 lease transactions per year for every year he has been in commercial real estate.
